Terms & License Agreement

1. Agreement

By purchasing a license from Dag Nabbit Beats("Producer", "I", "me"), the buyer ("you", "Licensee") agrees to the terms below for the specific beat and license tier purchased. A separate purchase and agreement is required for each beat.

2. Ownership

The Producer retains full ownership and copyright of all instrumentals ("Beats") at all times, except where an Exclusive Rights license has been purchased and rights have been formally transferred in writing. Purchasing a non-exclusive license grants usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

3. License Tiers

Each beat may be purchased under one of the following license types. The specific limits and inclusions for each tier are also shown on the Licensing page at the time of purchase.

  • MP3 Lease: Get started — perfect for demos, mixtapes & social content.
  • WAV Lease: Studio-quality audio for serious releases and monetized content.
  • Trackout / Stems Lease: Full stems for mixing, mastering, film, TV & ad placements.
  • Exclusive Rights: Full ownership — this beat is taken off the market.

4. Non-Exclusive License Terms

Unless an Exclusive Rights license is purchased, this beat is non-exclusive and may be licensed to other artists, producers, or companies, including after your purchase. The Producer retains the right to continue selling licenses for the same beat.

5. Restrictions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat file(s) themselves
  • Claim copyright or authorship of the underlying instrumental/composition
  • Register the beat (or a song using it) with content-ID systems in a way that blocks the Producer's use of their own work
  • Use the beat in any unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content

6. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment, license files are delivered by email, typically within 24 hours, to the email address provided at checkout.

7. Refunds

Because license files are delivered digitally, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered, except where required by law. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me and I'll do my best to resolve it.
